If you wanted to confirm, you could always pop into a jewelry store to get sized. This is typically a free service.
Keep in mind we can do half and even quarter sizes -- just include the request in the order notes on the cart page. If in doubt, it's best to err on the smaller end because smaller is easier to adjust and harder to lose!
Well crafted ring, intricate inscription. Unfortunately turned my finger brilliantly green after just 2 days…
I know brass has copper but I guess I expected the ring to be sealed somehow.
Hey Ben! You are correct -- the brass alloy we use is comprised of 70% copper, which is a very reactive metal. Not all wearers experience a 'greening' response as each person's pH chemistry is unique, therefore we leave our rings uncoated so that they can age/patina naturally and gracefully, rather than adding a clear coat to them which will deteriorate over time. That said, the green you are seeing should reduce the more the piece is worn as your skin and the metal acclimate to each other. You can also swipe a coat of clear nail polish on the inside to create a barrier. We hope this helps!
This is my new favorite ring! I wear it everywhere and receive so many compliments on it. It’s comfortable and fits to size.
Great craftsmanship will definitely buy more
