Money Clip
6.5 inches - Medium
7 inches - Large
7.5 inches - XL
8.0 inches - XXL
If you wanted to confirm, you could always pop into a jewelry store to get sized. This is typically a free service.
Keep in mind we can do half and even quarter sizes -- just include the request in the order notes on the cart page. If in doubt, it's best to err on the smaller end because smaller is easier to adjust and harder to lose!
I’ve used a money clip since I graduated college (‘05), and my sister gave me a sterling Tiffany clip. That one lasted me ~10 years (then fatigued and split at the bend). So I figured - no problem, I’ll get a new one every ~10 years. Bought one, got it engraved again, and just like everything else these days, for the most part, “they don’t make it like they used to”. It broke/split in ~2 years…
So then I wandered a bit. Got a stainless steel one at a shop in P-Town, used, because the guy mentioned that it’d never break (true, but it was not exactly nice or striking at all).
Then I bought some faux scrimshaw type one on eBay, that was just okay.
And then I apparently started dating the right woman, and when my birthday came around this year, she knew of my money clip issues, so to speak.
She got me this. I was skeptical at first, because when I switched my 3 credit cards, my health insurance card, my license, and my Charlie Card (so, 5-6 cards), and my usual $100, $80 in twenties, $10, $5, and a couple of $1’s? Super tight fit. Not going to happen.
BUT, I knew the fix for this - at least with well made clips/good metallurgy based stuff (I come from a now long bankrupt 3rd generation foundry family - so I know metals).
The fix is to force a gardened steel rod into the bend are. So for most, this means a screwdriver - well, you slide the clip perpendicular to the shaft of it.
Intentionally and forcefully do that, and then use a cloth or very strong hands to then basically re-bend/re-shape the bend area. You need the circumference of the “circle” there to be larger, and then you need to have the clip bend back in to hold the cards and contents well.
End of the day - if too narrow at bend? No good.
Fix that, and you’ll be good. Do it yourself at home - you’re hopefully a grown and real man, even though we are a dying breed.
This is good metal - make it what you need it to be.
Highly recommend the engraving too. No brainer. It is clean and crisp and deep engraving.
Maybe polish it up when it arrives too - even though that will happen on its own over time.
Buy this if you are a money clip guy, as all should be, and you like quality possessions. This will likely last at least 15-20 years - if not longer.

I love the look of it. I just wish it held less amount of cash - right now I have 3 20’s and the money clip won’t accommodate that. I either need more cash or a different money clip. Hoping for more cash, but we’ll see…
I love the look and feel of this money clip. My only problem is when I have only a few bills and the clip does not hold them in place.
Incredibly impressed. Perfect size, perfect holding capacity, and quick service - even with custom monogramming.
